We’ve enhanced the cleaning of all our planes to include:
- Spray treating hard surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectant
- Daily deep-cleaning tray tables, armrests and windows by hand
State-of-the-art air filtration on board
- All our Airbus aircraft are fitted with state-of-the-art air filtration technology to hospital standards
- 99.97% of particles are removed by this technology and cabin air is replaced every three minutes

Before your flight
- Check in online to get your boarding pass
- Don’t forget to bring your mandatory face mask
- Make sure you’re well enough to travel
When you arrive at the airport
- Wear your face mask and practice good respiratory and hand hygiene etiquette
- Use self-service kiosks to check in luggage
At the boarding gate
- You’ll scan your own boarding card and board in small groups by seat row number
- Our new boarding process means that priority boarding is no longer available
Onboard your flight
- Our in-flight services, including food and drink, have been suspended on our short-haul flights
- There’ll be a reduced in-flight service available on our transatlantic flights
- We’ve moved exclusively to contactless payments for in-flight shopping
